Raisin bran cereal with 1/2 cup of soy milk and 2 toasted English muffins with some smart balance buttery spread. That will get you about 12 grams of protein.

However, If that's still not enough protein for you then you could eat a "super protein" odwalla bar, that will add an extra 16 grams of protein to your meal, which is a total of 28 grams of protein. That is about 3/4th's of the protein you need for 1 day.

Well if your on the go soy bars are supper yummy and the soy adds loads of protein. Some breakfast bars are vegetarian you just have to check the label (most are not vegan though) I love cereal with rice milk or soy milk. tofu bacon is good if your can find it at your local grocery (especially because it lacks the artery clogging cholesterol in normal bacon)

I have soy yogurt (Whole Soy & Company, which is totally vegan), which has about 6 grams of protein per serving, and sprinkle in some granola.
