I'm in recovery for anorexia, currently seeing a nutritionist and counselor. I am on the diabetic exchange meal plan. My nutritionist said I need to up my fat servings (most days I don't eat any fat, a couple times a week I do allow myself peanut butter and chocolate chips) Besides the obvious oils, are there any other healthy, and tasty, fat options?

I want you to start saying to your self positive affrimations, loving affrimations. Treat yourself good as gold, because I'm sending you love and I think asking this question on line is a loving start for you! I like that your open to tasting, health is important, and fats make your skin glow, without a certain amt. per day a woman looks dull. So try some healthy snacks, cheese is wonderful, or a starbucks bakery bar with a lattee. Everyone there loves the brew and delights in the day. Keep in the groove! good luck!
