If you live in or have visited Australia, which state do you love the most?
For me, it has to be Queensland. I love the atmosphere and the lifestyle, it seems so bright and easygoing. Definately feels like a second home for me, and i'm planning to return for a short while next year.

Queensland :)
We have the best city...big enough to be 'important' but nowhere near as crowded as Melbourne and Sydney, with the best beaches all in the space of a few hours drive.
Plus the rest of the state has great farming, rainforest, the reef, sand islands...so so much (not to mention some of the best rugby league teams and supporters :P).
I think the attitude and lifestyles of Queenslanders fits pretty close to the stereotype of a great Australian. We have it all.
I love Queensland and am so proud to call myself a Queenslander.

It's got to be Queensland.
All the states have their good points and are worth visiting.
I've lived in a number of Australian states and visited most
but where to live? Queensland, without a doubt.

Ive lived in australia my whole life and all of that time has been in queensland and I would have to go with that, Ive only ever been to nsw for a brief holiday but I still think qld is the best I mean we have the great barrier reef, used to have the big pineapple, the big prawn lol, australia zoo, dream world, sea world, wet n wild, more amusement parks and just generally more to do in queensland, like in perth what is there to do? In the northern territory all you get to do is see uluru, in nsw theres shopping, in the act there shopping and in adelaide well really whats in adelaide? lol. Generally I think it's better overall as well because of the climate and thats what everyone seems to like. Enjoy your trip next year.

I love South Australia, there is so much diversity there, you could be in the dessert and in a couple of hours you could be in the wine country, then you have the cold down the bottom and there is so much to do, with the barossa, the caves, the beautiful coast line, islands, and the magic of having houses dug underground at coober pedy, Animals are a real treat to see as well. Australia is a wonderful country with so much to do and see.

I have traveled all over Australia, I am originally from the NT so that is home for me, I love North QLD and Tas, they are defiantly at the top of my list and then VIC, I gotta say that NSW is at the very bottom, and ACT, WA and SA are somewhere in the middle.
