Every homebase does. I don't know how limited your choice will be though.

Yes they all do,but for a bigger choice I'd go to a big store or even look on line. Get the plaster type tho not the polystrene sort it doesn't look good and only comes in short peices so the joins are easily noticed. Good luck and i hope this helps.

Put up the coving first and fill any joints and paint if required first. Then paper to the coving edge and cut in the paper to the edge of the coving. If you try and fit coving on top of paper it will have an unstable base to adhere to and you will have problems with it coming loose. Follow the instruction with the coving with regards to the correct adhesive to use for fixing.
