I have a few decays for a few years.They stay at the same level and they are small in size.Also they dont cause pain.I would be happy if a dentist saw my question and answered me

I don't know your age. But my age is 45 I wish I would have gotten my teeth filled. long ago. they will get worse and worse. and then they will hurt. then if you get them too bad you will not just get them filled you will have to get a root canal.Done one them. that doesnt hurt but it cost $600 for each tooth. that hurts my wallet.

Sometimes, if the caries [decay] are small, they can arrest and not progress. I wouldn't count on it though and you need to be seen to evaluate what's going on. Just because they look the same to you doesn't mean that they are staying the same.
