For real?
Love thy neighbor.
If you love your neighbor you are not going to drive in a manner that will endanger your neighbor his family or his cats and dogs, let alone yourself.
All Jesus teaching is perfect.
There are 2 rules - love God with all your heart and mind and soul and your neighbor as yourself.
Apply this in court and you can do away with 400,000 pages of law the only thing it does is make lawyers fat.
Use logic in assessing any situation relating to human relationships and you will not go wrong in life. Do the same with your essay.

Don't need Jesus' teaching regarding drink-driving or any kind of driving - drive like hell and you'll get there.
