So I have this acquaintance that I've met several weeks ago during orientation, we've only talked two or three times then. After that we haven't did not see each other in two months. So just yesterday I went to a club and I saw him there and he recognized me from orientation. We just exchange hellos and how are yous. Then I got into the dance floor with my friends and he went up from behind me and start grinding the whole time and kept grabbing me from my hips! Does that mean he's interested in me or attracted to me. I am so into him, I hope so! ;)

It means he was horny at that moment, and thought you probably won't slap him. If he thought some other girl wouldn't slap him, he would probably do the same to her.
If you actually want to know whether or not he is interested, have one of your friends invite him along when a bunch of you go out for dinner on Friday night. Then, if he sees you and sits with you and talks with you, maybe he likes you.
If he buys you shots, and tries to get you drunk throughout the course of the night, well, you know he's horny.
If not, well, then he was just grinding on you because you were standing there.

maybe maybe not. people grind each other in the clubs with no meaning at all. or perhaps he was in to you. but id say that if he was into you you two would have exchanged numbers and danced together a while and talked alot.

see if you guys can go out on a formal date....like dinner, a movie, whatever. get to know him better. i've had plenty of guys grind with me at a club, but it doesn't mean they're going to be a committed boyfriend.
