family diseases are always a risk .
to everyone.
you could try to prevent them by doing certain things that are healthy to fight against the disease.
but even if you do this, the disease might still get to you , even if you followrd the excersizes against it.
there is always high risks of it.
but the best thing you could do is stay healthy and do watever you need to do to keep away from it for as long as possible.
for if the disease strikes you could have lived a long and healthy life and could still continue that life just now dealing with the disease and take care of yourself then.
instead of taking care of yourself your whole entire life with the disease for not staying healthy or watever .

Yes you can, even though you do all the right things you still have a chance of getting it. You should stay in touch with your doctor and get regular check ups and if something seems out of the ordinary you can talk your options over with your doctor and keep it from getting serious. That goes for more diseases that run in the family...cancer, heart disease..etc

i suppose it depends on what kind of illness it is. With things like heart disease it is easy to reduce the risks, but in saying that, with the quality of food today, even being careful can be harmful. with other illnesses like mental disorders that cannot be pinpointed, it would be near impossible to dodge it ... i suppose it depends on the kind of person ad whether they are able to deal with stress and life well... thats all i got for ya

Maybe, most things these days are curable or at least controllable if caught early enough, so get tested often and do things known to help. You can still get it, but the severity of your case or if it is fixable can vary.

If you are aware it is easier to have a good doctor keep an eye on your potential problem and at the least give you preventative medication ~~
