They are tiny, not itchy, or changing 'Campbell de Morgan spots'... and have been there for years on my arms/chest/stomach.

Anyone know how to get rid of them? Such as by fasting/cleaning up my diet/detox/skin brushing???

There are only three ways to get rid of Campbell de Morgan spots. They are:
cryotherapy
electrosurgery
laser therapy

There is nothing you can do by yourself. Fasting or detoxing will not do it. These spots are caused by blood vessels (capillaries) under the skin that have clumped together. They are harmless and don't put you at risk for anything.

Cryotheraphy is the most commonly used method of treatment. Please make an appointment with a dermatologist.
