Here in the UK you would NOT be able to buy something like that over the counter - you would have to have a doctors prescription.

for simple infections yes there are some std medications are mostly by perscription and you should see a doctor if you have or think you have one anyway.

although there might be a doctor around here, they dont know your medical / family history, allergies, and whatnots..
