Esta chica está enamorada.

You might say that, or replace chica with muchacha or niña (though niña generally means girl as in a child).

With this sort of statement you should use está rather than es because está refers to a conditional state (like being in love) while es refers to a more permanent characteristic or attribute (like being a girl).

EDIT: Please do not forget to add the acute accent over the a in the está. This shows that it is a conjugation of the verb estar; it is pronounced differently than first esta, which is a pronoun meaning "this." Though people will likely understand you, it's poor grammar/spelling to leave it out.
