could be that you're just run down, exhausted, or are coming down with something.
UTI's can cause you to pee frequently. the other symptoms include
-burning when urinating
-constant urge to pee with very little output (small amount or nothing comes out)
-urine might be blood tinted (light pink in color)
-lower back pain
are you 100% sure you aren't pregnant? in early stages of pregnancy-frequent urination, headaches, and fatigue are common symptoms. so if you're not 100% sure-you might want to see a dr.
call the state dpt of health in your area to find out about a free health clinic where you can be tested for pregnancy and to find out what is going on with you.
hope this helps

Drink more water take vitamins and exercise. Is your period heavy? If so, you could be anemic. Folic acid or iron is great for that. You could have a internal infection that needs to be treated with antibiotics. Now a days nobody has insurance and my heart goes out to you because I know it could be so frustrating. Try a medical clinic. They are much cheaper. Anything could be causing you to pee twice an hour. Maybe something is putting pressure down there and is causing you to feel like you have to urinate. There could be lots of different things, so please we are only here to give our opinion, and we are not Dr.'s so please be careful, and seek professional help.

You don't say where you are sore at. It sounds like a urinary tract infection, that could be either a bladder infection or possibly a kidney infection. Don't put off going to the doctor, kidney infections can be serious.

You may have a urinary tract infection that needs to be treated with antibiotics. You need to get it checked out, the hospital cannot refuse to see you just because you dont have any insurance. Get in there!
