look on the nutrition label of any foods you eat generally you want less than 30% of your TOTAL calories calories from fat, that is if your not trying to lose fat, If you wanna lose go with 15%. Remember not to go above your daily values in your macronutrients as most people know carbs are what gets turned to fat the easiest and ALWAYS ALWAYS stay away from trans fat

Any type of food will cause weight gain if you consume it in large quantities. Where you gain the weight is basically hereditary, it has to do with body type. If your mom gaines weight around the hip and thigh area there is a good chance you will too.

genetics determines where on the body fat is stored not the source of the calories.

as well as bread an pasta!!
