Where in the Bible does it say that you weep when people are born and your happy when people die? OR it could say something like morn when people are born and rejoice when they die.

A good name is better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one's birth. - Ecclesiastes 7:1.

"I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people. Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints. " - Psalm 116:14,15.

"For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain." - Philippians 1:21.

I have read the whole book but don't remember that one.
There are plenty of on line concordances. Find one and use it to find your verse.
