Like it's causing me to not do things I used to like, or had to do. Should I push myself to do things, or wait until the anxiety goes away?

Do something. You'll only get more anxious when you're at the last minute and nothing is done. A general tip for procrastination: You'll never be in the perfect mood, so just get it done now.

Treat the anxiety: see page 6, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris Also see depression, and procrastination, on pages 2, and 26, since those things are symptomatic of depression, which often occurs in addition to anxiety.

Maybe even make a short to do list. Than do your short list.
