Why does my scalp itch? Am I dehydrated?

I take Thyroid tablets. There is no redness or sores. I don't use hairspray, and it doesn't matter whst shampoo and conditioner I use. I wash my hair nearly every day, and rinse twice. I use conditioner every time. Any clues or ideas?

Have you tried to use Head and Shoulders? If not pls do so
