The wheat shell is removed in white bread and so all the vitamins also wheat bread helps against heart disease and contains more vitamins too!

The general rule is that the more processed a food is that the more it is processed, the less healthy it is. So to make white bread they have to process the brown stuff out of the flour. So the fibrous parts of the wheat kernel are taken out, and the left over is bleached and sifted to make it white. All you have left is the simple carbohydrates, which your body quickly converts to fat.

White bread, per se, is not unhealthy. It is just not as healthful as whole wheat or other whole grain breads.

wheat breadd is healthy because its not bleached and still have all the nutrients but white bread is bleached ( they don't used regular bleach) which takes most of the nutrients out
