it does not sound like your appendix... more than likely it is air in your intestines...

Most likely you are just a bit constipated.

Although the common idea is to get more fiber in your diet to fight constipation, I've found that drinking water is the best way to keep everything moving normally.

It is a,\lso possible that you have an inflamed kidney and the bowel moving against the organ is irritating it. More water will of course help your kidneys too if they're not happy. But really this is still most likely constipation.

When your appendix becomes inflamed you'll get quite ill, so you can stop worrying about that. My advice is to drink more water (drink at least 2x more water than any other beverage) and also eat more fiber in your diet if you can.

I know you want some BIG TIME diagnosis, but from my experience as an RN in the ER, it sounds like gas. Gas is NOT something to snicker about or a "minimal" diagnosis. It's real and miserable. It can fake and mask other symptoms, but if you aren't running a fever and have nausea and vomiting, more than likely it's not appendicitis. If you are a menstruating female it could be anything from ovulation to gas. I would bet it's gas. Have you eaten any foods in the past 72-hours that could cause gas (beans, cabbage, lettuce)? I'm telling you....gas can and WILL cause the symptoms you mentioned. If you are running a fever of 101 or above, go to the ER and fast. If not, wait it out and see if it passes. You can get some GAS-X at the pharmacy over-the-counter and see if that will help you sweetie. Hope you feel better soon.

no doesnt sound like its your appendix, sounds more bowel related.
perhaps try eating more bran /fibre into your food and more fruits/veggies see how that goes, hopefully it gets rid of your stomach pains altogether and your bowel movements will improve. IF it continues go to the doctor to get checked out.
