I do it because I have been exercising since I was young and feel sick if I stop doing it for a long time.

I'm the exact same way. Your body just gets used to the workouts. It's like an addiction. At least it's better than most addictions.

I exercise simply to keep fit. Occasionally, I dont exercise for more than 4 days - when I feel real lazy. I also sometimes force myself to go to the gym cuz I paid quite a lot for the membership fee, and it would be an absolute waste of $ if I don't use the gym.

To stay fit because I'm lazy and like 2 eat. So i need 2 exercise at least once a week.

Basically I exercise because I want more staminia while windsurfing or snowboarding.

Oh yeah, I really can't stand *love handles* on a woman; so I expect she does not appreciate that little flab on her male either!

I'm on a lot of constipating meds. If I don't do the treadmill for 20 minutes every day, no poo-poo for mama. Good question deserves a star. :)

If you're healthy you generally die suddenly, if you're unhealthy dieing becomes a long painful process as one part after another fails. I'm a wimp so getting it over with fast appeals to me.
