At 143 that's pretty good. You try to press your own weight. Around 18, if you are 180, 200lb bench press is very good and top 1%.

Folks... some of you people need to google "bench pressing" and see what it really is... some of you don't have a clue. It's not "Liftng."

I am 36 ..5 foot even and 67 lbs.. I can bench 15 lbs. So, yes I think that 123 is a great bench! Strong arms for sure

Just keep benching and maybe you can hit 135 (plates) which is a milestone on improving your lifts.
