I don't think so. I don't think the devil can create but he can decieve. The devil's main goal is to get people to follow him and bring people to hell.
Catechism of the Catholic Church
2852 "A murderer from the beginning, . . . a liar and the father of lies," Satan is "the deceiver of the whole world." Through him sin and death entered the world and by his definitive defeat all creation will be "freed from the corruption of sin and death." Now "we know that anyone born of God does not sin, but He who was born of God keeps him, and the evil one does not touch him. We know that we are of God, and the whole world is in the power of the evil one."
The Lord who has taken away your sin and pardoned your faults also protects you and keeps you from the wiles of your adversary the devil, so that the enemy, who is accustomed to leading into sin, may not surprise you. One who entrusts himself to God does not dread the devil. "If God is for us, who is against us?"
395 The power of Satan is, nonetheless, not infinite. He is only a creature, powerful from the fact that he is pure spirit, but still a creature. He cannot prevent the building up of God's reign. Although Satan may act in the world out of hatred for God and his kingdom in Christ Jesus, and although his action may cause grave injuries - of a spiritual nature and, indirectly, even of a physical nature- to each man and to society, the action is permitted by divine providence which with strength and gentleness guides human and cosmic history. It is a great mystery that providence should permit diabolical activity, but "we know that in everything God works for good with those who love him."

GOD Did not throw out Lucifer to earth, but simply out of heaven, out of God's grace into the outer darkness, him and his rebellious angels. All the creation is God's and therefore good as He himself declared it. The notion that the world belongs to the devil, or that the devil made evil things, or that things are evil in themselves is unscriptural and false.
This doesn't stop satan from acting in the world though, for sure.

Yes. It is true. Satan who was created, like us, was given the power, like us, to create. Mankind has created since the dawn of the stone age, when primitive man was forced to be creative in order to survive, after becoming intelligent enough to realize that God had abandoned him. Satan too is a creator, but the difference is that Satan wishes to be stronger than God. Of course so does mankind! Satan lies within us, and He creates through us, just as God does. This is the battle of the ages. Who will win God, Satan, or Man? Even God cannot be sure here, so He leaves it play out.

No absolutely not. Only God can create from nothing.I've heard stories that Satan messed with our creation before man and created through weird breeding, the dinosaurs but that is far fetched. He is only good at chaos.

That Lucifer was present during all of God's creating there is no doubt. But, I doubt that he has any real interest in creating anything other than confusion, deception, and massive, cathedral-sized egos all designed to get those dumb enough to not believe in him to do just that. After all, no such "bogey-man", no........

No, Lucifer didn't create anything, the only thing he can do is mimic. Demons and such are just the fallen angels who rebelled with Lucifer.

No , all satan can do is imitations, like Moses's rod, the priests also had a rod , but which one conquered?
Satan is busy now, creating imitations-diversions of worship to take people away from Jesus, salvation &the true church, like new "propecies", or "science", or stuff.
all he can do, is what God allows him to do,God has the Victory over sin & death, His word will not fail.
