Get spooky. Take turns completing each others sentences. Laugh evilly in a strange identical twin way. Look lovingly at sharp knives. Your parents will separate you in no time!!!

I think you should accept your parents decision on this and trust their judgement. Submit to that. At this point in time it doesn't seem like either you or your twin will make any attempt to be civil, so I will not tell you to try to be friends. If you insist on fighting with your sister and having a negative relationship with her, I will not try to convince you to be civil with her. But I do know something your parents are fully aware of...when you and your twin become young adults, you will be the best of friends and one would be hard pressed to separate the two of you. So fight all you want now, but chances are you she will mean the world to you some day in the future. I am reasonably certain of this.

Your parents think that since you two were born at the same time, that you are really the same person in two bodies.
The solution is real simple. One of the two sisters takes the place of one of you twins in that room, and one twin goes to her own room. You are just shuffling some stuff and personnel. This is about keeping the peace and going with the flow of what actually works.
This will work with or without the parents' permission. Chances are, they won't notice that it has happened for months.

I liked the amusement park idea because it gives you more time to talk than, say, a movie would, and because you're not as compelled to talk as you would be if you were just out to dinner. An amusement park might be a little too far or too pricey right now, so other ideas along those lines are zoos, aquariums, or fun museums. It might also help to do some sort of "project" together -- maybe you need a hair accessory for the wedding you can ask her to help you shop for? Or a present for your parents (a picture frame that you can put a new family photo into)?

Maybe try to take both your sister's to your parents for a little family pow-wow =)
Tell your parents how you guys feel and ask if you could just do this on a trial basis to see how things work out. Just because you look alike means nothing when it comes to personalities. I'm sure you love her, but not getting along now could cause more problems down the line.
Good Luck

Oh honey, I don't mean to sound condescending here, but I'm guessing you're in your teens - there are thousands of guys and gals just a few years older than you who are risking their lives overseas, sleeping on dirt floors and eating out of tin cans in order to secure your freedom to scream at your sister and use a computer. Seriously. Try to put things in perspective. This is certainly not the worst thing that could happen to you.

Tell your parents that they can either separate you two or they can hide all the sharp objects in the house so that you cant kill each other.

If you cant go close with your own twin, then with whom can you adjust your life? First try to learn living with every one. Fighting has no solutions ever.
