I GOT ARRESTED A CUPLE OF DAYS AGO IN GEORGIA FOR DRIVING WITH OUT A DRIVERS LICENS. I DON'T HAVE ONE BECAUSE OF MY IMMIGRATION STATUS, I HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL AND WORK, I HAVENT PAY MY TICKETS BUT I WILL. MY QUESTION IS WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I GET ARRESTED AGAIN?

I bet if you returned to your own country (where you belong) we wouldn't bother to extradite you for such a petty charge. You can live out your life without having to worry about it then.

they will only write you citations so many times. you will probably end up doing a little time in jail. the fines will also get a great deal higher.

leave the state because of your immigration status, they do not extridate on traffic offences. lucky you were not turned over to INS then. but then they do do check with INS for non-felony charges. you will not serve any time for the ticket if you move out of state. but you may be deported in the future it will red flag u in another state. Be safe, Glad your here to work
