found out that CGVI76 only was a reserve police officer for about a month. Does that count as retired?

I don't know who CGVI76 is, but if you're referring to CGIV76, he was on the job for 30 years, working a major city. They didn't have reserve Officers there.

Edit. 76 is not a birth year.

Wow, that's some detective work, considering that:
A.you've only been on Y!A for two weeks.
B. you have no idea who that person is.
And next time try attacking someone who works for a police department that actually has reserves. LOL!
