20. To be living at home after that number, most people think there's something wrong with a person. Wether you believe it or not, just the theory can be over whelming. But in all honesty, people should experience living on their own, some time, before they're old.

You can stay at home until you get out of college and have a job... then you really need to see about getting out.
Girls have a little more leeway.
Boys really need the real-world experience without mama picking up after them.
No girl will consider dating a guy who is past college and still living with his parents.

if youre not in college or some school and grown you may be too old because you have nothing but time to make money and move out, see not having time to make money would be the main problem why an adult may stay at him, due to time consuming school, or you have a mental or developmental problem, or major health issue, your too old past 19 years old. see I left when I was 21, I had very bad stomach problem that made it hard to work and stay hired, I wanted to go but my own *** said no! so if your healthy and done with school, move out, you'll thank yourself later on in life.

That's up to you and your parents. If you're all OK with it, stay as long as it works for everyone. In today's economy it's difficult to make ends meet and it doesn't hurt to help each other out. If you're working, make sure you're contributing financially. If you're not working, contribute in other ways.
