I got my hair done (yay I'm blonde now) on Thursday. BUT I've notice scabs (3 so far) on my head on friday. I'm guessing Bleach burn.

I got one in the front of my head like a little ways into my hair. The others are going into the back. The main one (and first I've notice) is in the back (few inches away from my neck).

It's like half off (u can get under it) BUT the rest is stuck in place. now even though I could just slowly pill(sp) them off. But I'm betting they'll start bleeding & i'll run the risk of getting them infected.

So any ideas on how to get rid of them?

1] do not pull them off - they protect the raw skin underneath
2] put a dab of antibiotic ointment on them twice a day, until they heal
3] wash as directed by salon, gently around scabs
$] be careful combing and brushing too
Some people have very sensitive skin, and are very susceptible to bleach burn.
Hope your hair looks great!

Maybe you should just leave them alone. The only other thing I might suggest is to leave the conditioner in your hair a little longer when you shower next and then maybe the scabs will come right out.
Also, I would go into the salon where you got your hair done and speak to the manager. It is not very common to have physical damage from a bleach session. Just let them know that you got a little cooked from the chemicals and ask them what they think you should do take care of the situation so that they do not get infected or anything like that.
They should be made aware that you suffered chemical burns so that the hair stylist can be a little more cautious with other people next time.

i have the same prob.
but i have them all over:[
all i do is put neosporen on them and with in a day or two they actually go away!
and if i am going somewhere then i actually cover them up with make up..
but that just makes it stay there longer
try that
im positive it will work:]]
