KK~ dont get so worry~ I always pop my pimples and it never leave a scar because i wash my hand and my face before and after i pop the pimple. I rather pop it when it young than leave it till it get solid.I dont like the white head pimple, it looks so nerdy and dirty( like you didnt wash your face carefully)
OK, here is my secret, I used turmeric cream after I finish with my pimple( and after I washed my face and hand too). I dont know if it is sold in America, but tumeric does a wonderful job for scar treating(it can make the scar part alittle bit dry). You can make it your own by use little of water on tumeric to make it in a base form and apply it on the scar place.
Remember to dont eat too many red meat during you have the scar(this advice use to any scar) the iron may make your scar look darker, with larger wound it will be even worst. Provide more vitamin E( vitamin E have a healing property for your skin) and apply vitamin C( lemon juice mixed with water, this is also cleopate secret to keep away pimple)on the scar place, dont use the concentrate one because it have a high level of acid, I also know a tip that use the orange oil from orange skin might make the scar go away( i tried it on the scar on my leg) but you better buy the organic one, who know what the shop keeper and the farmer spray on the orange skin( yuck!!!)

First of all, DO NOT POP YOUR PIMPLES!! Chances are that it will make the pimples worse. Usually, if the scars are small, the scarring will go away naturally. It may take some time though. There's always the option of going to a dermatologist to get treatment recommendation if the scarring is severe.

Include green, leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Drink a lot of water to to regularly to flush out toxins, and don't forget to drink a glass before breakfast to flush out the stomach. Avoid deep-fried snacks

Lemon juice is effective in lightening the dark spots left by acne and pimples.

First, cleanse the scarred area with water. Soak up a teaspoon of lemon juice with a cotton ball and smooth it over the marks. Leave the juice in place for ten minutes, then rinse.

Be careful how often you use lemon juice: it can have the side effect of making your skin light sensitive. Make sure to cover treated areas with sunscreen before going outdoors.

Vitamin E

Try applying vitamin E to the scarred area three to four times daily to help reduce its visibility. If you keep at it, you should see some results after one to two weeks. It takes a long time before you get really noticeable effects.

Honey and pearl

A useful facial pack for acne is honey and pearl powder.

Apply a mask of it for 15 minutes. If you can keep doing it every week, your skin will become lighter and smoother.

Tea tree oil

Some medications made from natural ingredients, such as rosehip seed oil and tea tree oil, will not only help to heal scars, but also significantly work to prevent future scarring.

Leeks

Peel the membrane from white are of the leek while watching TV or resting. Place a peeling over scarred areas for ten minutes every day. You can secure it with a bandage to keep it from falling off. Keep this up for a few weeks and you'll see the color fade away

Ginger

After cleaning your skin, cut a few slices of fresh ginger and apply to the affected area for 20 minutes. You'd better do this laying down, otherwise the ginger may fall off. It might burn a little, but probably not too much. The ginger may leave behind a bit of redness after you removeit, but don't be too worried. Just wipe off and have a good rest. In the morning, the scar should become smooth, and will hopefully fade completely within two weeks.

Aloe Vera Plant
cut off a piece and squeeze the goopy gel inside and apply to skin.It lightens and fades scars while fighting and preventing acne and scars.Apply before bed let dry[2-3 min tops]and sleep with it on soft glowing skin in the morning.

Do not under any circumstances use chemicals to get rid of scars such as Neutrogena, Proactive, Clearasil, Clean & Clear or any other product of that sort. To get rid of scars, you can use shea or cocoa butter. If you're allergic to them, then use cetaphil. My other advice is to drink lots of water! It'll keep your skin looking healthy and fresh. And the last but not least, do NOT pop your pimples. Popping pimples causes bacteria from the wound to spread, causing more breakouts.

No there isnt anything you can do. You shouldn't pop your pimples anyways. Hence, the scars. But now all that you can do is try to cover up the scars if they bother you that much. and don't pop any more pimples if you don't want any more scars.

Hey dude!

You know what? The funny thing is: I pop mine too and get scars....some fade, and some do not....the SOB of the whole scenario is when I went to a demotologist about acne, the performed what they called, "Acne Surgery" which invoved using a long instrument resembling a long pin!

I thought to myself, "hell, I can do this at home!"

Then, they had the nerve to charge me for it!!

Anyway, Proactiv may be something you want to consider trying...I tried it, and I know people who used it and they said it it good.

You may also want to go to the health food store to see what internal and topical remedies you can use.

I am not completely sold on the, "do not pop them" theory, but I will say this...touching your face with dirty hands is definitely not good for your skin. So if you continue to pop them, wash your hands.

Good luck!

1] stop popping the pimples
2] use a facewash, toner, sunscreen, and moisturizer for your skin type. Wash, tone, and sunscreen in AM; wash tone, and moisturize in PM.
3] exfoliate with Aapri or St Ives apricot scrub 3-4 times a week - wash, and massage - don't grind it in
4] avoid pimples by avoiding all fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
5] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
6] take a multivitamin with minerals every day.

if you use neosporin on an open wound which is what that is it will slow down the healing process and minimise scarring. Do not let a sore scab over keep neosporin on it while it heals
