You have extreme anxiety, as it shows of your exaggerated fear of having schizophrenia. Look up "deja vu" on the net and you will find that this is not a mental disorder, we all get it from time to time. Talk to your doctor, you may need an alternative to control your anxiety. Good luck!!

You don't have schizophrenia.

Deja vu can be a symptom of seizure disorder. People remain aware and functional with a little weirdness going on during simple partial seizures. Since you banged your head about the time it started in ernest, see a neurologist. It might also explain some of your other symptoms. For example, seizures can cause short term dissociation. Migraines also are a possibility as well (and they don't always come with headache). Heh, everything that can go wrong in the brain isn't psychiatric. See a neurologist.

Don't be frightened by schizophrenia. I have that or schizoaffective disorder or bipolar disorder, no two doctors say the same, and so long as I take my medicine it's not too bad. Don't be frightened by that. It doesn't frighten me. There are worse disorders to be frightened of than schizophrenia. Obsessive-compulsive disorder scares me. I mean, I'm not saying they aren't a good person, but I saw this show on hoarders and I found that more frightening than thinking everyone is out to get you (and they are, trust me).

Hi there, I just laugh about my past 3 years of panic now. I was not able to go anywhere without carrying xanax. Fear of having another attack was the most important subject of my days. When i first found joe barry's web site i started to cry because of my happiness.
