I am suppost to wear a medical ID, but I have had three of them that I keep having allergic reactions to. Any suggestions?

What element or material are you NOT allergic to?
If it is steel or gold or silver then I know a jeweler who can create a bracelet or necklace tag. What have you tired? Contact your doctor and ask for their advice.
The thing is to find out what you are not allergic to and then search the Internet to see what is offered in that material. You can even get something made out of wood and dipped in polythene.
10K gold will have silver and possibly tin in it.

sometimes you can get a wallet card
(or you could find a allergist who will help you determine
which metal or steel you are allergic to
those Medical ID come in both bracelet and necklace
as well
you might try to see if a bracelet you might not be allergic to
a bracelet since it takes up less space on your skin (wrist)
then a necklace would

hi, what are ur medical tag made of? to my knowing there are a few kinds, one is the braclet, necklace and the card kind. maybe u can check it out. or worst come to worst, make a note then put into ur wallet or stick to ur ID card. this way if anything happen, they find ur iID CARD, they will oso find that medical condition.

You most likely have a nickle allergy. Putting clear nail polish over the metal will provide a barrier, but just like on your nails it does chip/wear off, you need to retouch frequently.

depends on what kind you have. most likely the cheapest one made of steel is making the rashes. next try sterling silver and if all else fails try gold. good luck

find one made of hypo allerginic material... place a sticker on your license and insurance card stating what you are allergic too.. maybe even get it tattooed on your body...

maybe you need to go to a jeweler and have a 10k gold costume made ?
