I know everyone's different, but as a general rule, would a 20-year age difference matter to you? (Assume that both parties are over the age of 30 and the man is the older of the 2).

Generally age does not matter to me and I usually dated older guys.I have always been attracted to older men however there is something that many people do not think about is when you get really old and sick.THere is a 20 year difference between my grandmother and her younger husband.She now has ulztimers and he is having to spend all his time taking care of her like a baby.Changing her, bathing her, feeding her. Well they are still married but she is no longer here for the most part and well he is still a man in regards for relationship with a female companion.See the problem many couples do not think about.

i did --- i was looking for a lady about my age (older or younger) then we found each other and now the age difference is not an issue and it is over 20 years but she is under 30 ---- enjoy

First of all yes a twenty year age difference would matter to me you know why let me tell you a little something when your twenty years old and the man is 40 years old he only has to 56 to still be sexually active which means that this will cost some problems for him and perhaps some for you because when men get all washed up they are not the happiest people to please. if your looking for sex for get it they cant get it up if your looking for other things than maybe.

Both over 30, I think that would be fine. You gotta figure once you are old enough to be done with college, on your own and working, age shouldn't be to much of an issue.

I don't know for sure if men care about age difference when dating. I have found that everyone is different.
The bottom line is people find eachother attractive, and often times overlook age differences.

Well my ex was 12 years older than me we were together Ten years n it bothered me at first but I loved her more than I've loved anyone I'd say 15 or more is a little to excesive, though love comes in many forms thats my opinion as of now

I don't think age matters for men or women. It's just a number. Maturity is what matters in a relationship.

No - they care more about whether you are in the same place in life - if you want 3 kids and he's had 3, it's gonna be a problem. If he's married, forget it - make sure your lifestyles are compatible, that's what matters :)

I prefer my men to be much older, rich, and have a heart condition. With me in the will of coarse!! LOL J/K!!!
No age really isn't a factor to me either, as long as both people are of legal age.

Some do, some don't. I do. A 20 year difference? No, it wouldn't, long as I'm the oldest one.
