i need to get out of my house and i have things on my door that beep. i know the code to shut them off but i dont know if it will beep when i put the code in. does any have these on your doors and you know. i need to know its realy important

contact the firm that monitors the door ( there should be a number on the touch pad or in your records) and tell them you are having technical difficulties with the door and explain to them what happens. If there is not a phone number, or a monitoring firm, then you need to replace the pad as it appears to be defective.
