That car is 21 years old and the turbo was just to make up for smog controls and a little more. With old suspension loose steering and weather cracked 120 mile an hour HR rated Tires. And how old is the timing belt? Keep it below 120 until all the above is checked and deemed safe. I believe the speed limiter is 130 for that car special edition with 16" wheels. Would not catch me driving it that fast!

I imagine if it is good shape like mine it would be pretty fast. I do not really take mine over 90 though. Just because I'm a woman and I get scared! But mine runs solid and could easily go 130.
