yes, when i laugh a lot i notice i get sick less often, and i have more self-confidence. it's one of the best medicines for the body and the mind.

Yes, it helps me to relax and if I'm angry, I forget what I was angry about. It just feels good to laugh; comedies are my favorite to watch whether tv show or movie
