You'll probably hate this, but this could be because of either sleep deficiencies or lack of vitamins and nutrients. For a week, sleep 7-8 hours every day, and find yummy, healthy recipes for fruit and vegetables. Vary your fruit and vegetables. Also, take a Super B-Complex Vitamin. This contains, iron, fiber, calcium, the list goes on and on. If this isn't the case, try this: Put black tea bags, cucumber slices, and I know this is weird, or raw potatoe slices on your eyes and cover them with a cold, wet towel you have put in the fridge for 5-10 minutes or dunked in ice water. Leave either potatoes, cucumbers, or tea bags on your eyes for 5-10 minutes. You could also use the towel alone if you're low on any of the other options.

1) sleep atleast 8 hours
2) drink atleast 8 glasses of water
3) when moisturzing,we tend do forget the eye area w/c happens to be the most sensitive area...so dont forget to moisturize there to..(try l'oreal eye cream)
4) during the day,try cold cucumbers or if you dont have you can try teaspoon...place them for a few minutes in the freezer then place them on each eye (the concave part touching your eye)

Well first off the other people are right. You need enough sleep and you need to eat healthy. I've also heard that if you put spoons in the freezer overnight and then put them over your eyes then that will help but i doubt it. Yeah cucumbers are also good.
