This would be a circular argument.
If he was telling the truth and everything he said was a lie, well, obviously he just odl you the truth so it'd be a lie.
But then it;d make his statement true because he just told a lie.
Then it'd start over again.
But if you just wanted to stop going around in circles, the simple answer would be that he was lying when he said "Everything I ever say to you is a lie"

When anyone starts by saying, "Frankly speaking,...." or, "Honestly,....", He hasn't been frank or honest at other times, so take his word with a pinch of salt.
When someone says he's has been telling you lies, it's actually a bigger lie to help cover up many of his earlier lies. So, take caution!
