And there are so many more secular beliefs that are taught in so-called churches that couldn't be farther from the truth. Most people would call them religious beliefs, but to God they are foreign, which makes them secular. If they are not from God, they are secular.

Government by democracy, as opposed to theocracy or aristocracy, protections of rights recognized to be basic to all persons, equality under law, laws arrived at by human inquiry--not divine law, assumption of personal worth, rights to protection of self and property---sound familiar?
