Hell.
There is a difference between godly sorrow, and worldly sorrow. Judas had the latter. His sorrow was because he was caught, and he could not live with the choice he had made. This sorrow was more about him, than about what he had done to Christ.
In godly sorrow, one recognizes and repents from their sin. You can't turn and repent when you're dead.
In summation. Worldly sorrow, is sorrow caused by your getting caught, but ultimately you would do the same thing if you were sure you'd not be caught again. Godly sorrow, is cause by your knowledge that you have caused pain to your beloved, you seek forgiveness, and vow to not do it again because you know it cannot be hidden from the eyes of your betrothed. Godly sorrow is a gift from God, for one cannot sustain repentance of their own accord.

Answer: The Bible clearly indicates that Judas was not saved. Jesus Himself said of Judas, “The Son of Man will go just as it is written about him. But woe to that man who betrays the Son of Man! It would be better for him if he had not been born” (Matthew 26:24). John 17:12 also says concerning Judas, “While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe by that name you gave me. None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled.” At one time, though, Judas believed that Jesus was a prophet, or possibly even believed He was the Messiah. Jesus sent the disciples out to proclaim the Gospel and perform miracles (Luke 9:1-6). Judas was included in this group. Judas had faith, but it was not a true faith, or at best it was a very shallow faith. Judas was never “saved” but for a time he was a follower of Christ.

I believe that Judas went to Hell.
Commiting suicide does not send you to Hell. The only thing that sends you to Hell is unbelief. If you refuse to repent and trust in Christ then you will not enter the kingdom of God.
Judas betrayed Christ, he was never a believer. He was a wolf in sheep's clothing. He was a tare among the wheat. Yes, he fulfilled prophecy, but that does not gain him entrance into Heaven.

Judas did feel badly that he had betrayed an innocent man, yet he never confessed to Jesus or asked His forgiveness.
Luke 22:22 says:
And truly the Son of man goeth, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by whom He is betrayed.
John 6:70:
Jesus says, Have I not chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
John 17:12
..........those that thou hast given me, I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition, that the scripture might be fulfilled.
When I put all of these together, my conclusion is that Judas is destined for hell. Judas did not step up to the plate and offer to help fulfill the prophecy because he was a good guy, but rather, he was a bad guy from the beginning and God used him accordingly.

He went to hell because remeber after he recognized what he had done when he give Jesus to the people for money? He then later killed himself and the Bible says that ONLY God will give and take away lives. Judas killed himself and theres is no forgiveness for that. Jesus Christ is a loving father but he is also strict. He forgives everything except two things : When you don't accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior, and when you kill your self...for a better word, suicide. I hope this helps and I did not make this out. I've been a Chirstian since I was born because my parents turned Christians 2 years before I was born. Read the Bible, it's all in there. =)

Depends which answer you want. The popular and widely-accepted one is he is roasting forever, in hell fire. The truth ... Judas is awaiting in the grave (see: John, chapter 5; verse 25, & verses 28 -29 re: note: "the hour is coming when ALL") . If Judas is "roasting on a stick" in hell fire - then, why will there be "the hour is coming" - for? Judas will be resurrected and be shown the same mercy and love - in the grace of Jesus Christ - as anyone else, who has sinned against God. God IS in the SAVING business !!!

The course that Judas chose was a deliberate one, involving malice, greed, pride, hypocrisy, and scheming. He afterward felt remorse under the burden of guilt, as a willful murderer might at the result of his crime. Yet Judas had of his own volition made a bargain with those who Jesus said made proselytes that were subjects of Gehenna twice as much as themselves, who were also liable to “the judgment of Gehenna.” (Mt 23:15, 33) On the final night of his earthly life, Jesus himself said, actually about Judas: “It would have been finer for that man if he had not been born.” Later Christ called him “the son of destruction.”
At Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, Mary, Lazarus’ sister, anointed Jesus with perfumed oil worth 300 denarii, about a year’s wages for a laborer. (Mt 20:2) Judas strongly objected that the oil could have been sold and the money “given to the poor people.” Evidently other apostles merely assented to what seemed to be a valid point, but Jesus rebuked them. Judas’ real reason for objecting was that he cared for the money box and he “was a thief . . . and used to carry off the monies” put in the box. So Judas was a greedy, practicing thief.

Matthew 27:3-4 says:
When Judas, who had betrayed him, saw that Jesus was condemned, he was seized with remorse and returned the thirty silver coins to the chief priests and the elders. 4"I have sinned," he said, "for I have betrayed innocent blood."
Clearly Judas was sorry and remorseful for what he did. The Bible doesn't say if he *repented* and asked for forgiveness though. Truly, we just can't know if he's in heaven or hell.
That being said, I don't believe that someone who commits suicide automatically goes to hell. There are plenty of factors to depend on first.

God uses sinful people to fulfill His will on the earth, as he did with Egypt and other countries that held the Jews captive when they fell away from His leadership. God uses sinners to bring His own into line and make them repent of their sins.
God does not make people sin. He takes people that are already sinners to do what needs to be done.
