The FBI hires more CPA's than they do lawyers.
The CIA looks for linguists and people with degrees in international studies.

Criminal Justice, Law, Sociology, Foreign Languages, etc. The FBI and CIA hire people from many different fields because the organization is so vast. They need people who understand people, people who understand computers, people who speak other languages fluently, etc. It depends on your strengths and what you can provide to them.

Foreign languages are the big draw for them, but you would be a shoo in if you could fly a plane or helicopter.

Anything you can remotely relate to the field. It's not so much what you studied, rather that you were able to commit the time and effort into schooling.

i would have to agree with the people who say accounting. my fiances dad is an accountant and he almost joined the f.b.i. but he decided to work for the IRS as an auditor instead.

law degree is best but since they have lowered their standards filling out the back of a matchbook may suffice
