That is a healthy meal, so it would not be unhealthy to eat it 3 days in a row. There is a lot of variety in that casserole. You sound like a great cook.

When you're eating 3 meals a day you should also have some light snacks. Which would mean eating 4-5 times a day. Eating 5-6 times mini meals a day is just breaking that up a little more so you're not eating as much at one time. If you have severe blood sugar problems this could help but other wise they are the same. But most people don't even eat 3 meals or over eat during these 3 meals so if they added snacks they would gain weight.

Well, I am so tight I can sit on a lump of coal and turn it into a diamond, so yes, leftovers are fine if fridged. My wife eats just about enough in one day to feed a gnat. She can make a bowl of peas last 2 months.
One of the few bills we seem to have any control over is the grocery bill so we don't toss out leftovers. I'll save them all up for a few days and them make some type of conglomeration out of them. Add Louisiana hot sauce and you're good to go.

Unhealthy? Perhaps more boring than unhealthy. Maybe you could make small changes to it like melt some cheese on top of some croutons on the casserole? Sounds nutritious to me. Any leftovers? lol

It would be boring and the bacteria may be rather healthy if you left the casserole out very long before putting it back to chill. Why not freeze a few portions next time and vary your diet?

Not at all. The food should easily keep that long, and by using it up, you're avoiding contaminating your refrigerator with spoilage. There was a time I ate corned beef for a week straight, and I'm still here, a little weirder, but otherwise fine.

No - it may be boring but if properly refrigerated and heated only by portion it will be fine. The risk in leftovers comes from repeatedly reheating the entire dish and re-chilling this can increase bacteria which will cause illness. Good Luck!

Three days might be a bit much. I think with shrimp, you don't want to pass fourty-eight hours.
However, it's not unhealthy to eat it in that time period - not unless the ingredients themselves went bad.
As long as you properly cover your food and refridgerate it, it should be no problem.

No, it will not hurt you. Since you had fish, veggies, and cheese which is protein it is good for you.
There is nothing in the rule books that says we cannot eat the same thing over and over.

It's the storage & re-heating which is the health problem.
Shrimp in particular need to be frozen between times.
I like to make fresh sauce & add some onions each time.
