I make really good orange caramel rolls.
Also a great poundcake, oatmeal cookies, and I have a secret choc-chip cookie recipe.

Bread. plain bread, flavored bread, rolls, bread sticks, etc! Cookies and biscuits are kinda tough for me. one of the very first times i baked bread was in a wood burning stove. you have to chop the wood into little thin sticks, like, the end must be 1 -2 fingers wide and about 3-4 fingers thick, and perhaps 8-10 inches long. then you gotta build the fire and keep it at a certain temperature for the entire time the you are baking. it was tough, but fun, and my bread turned out VERY well!

I made a triple layer devils food cake from scratch once that was really good. Never did it again though so my best baked item would be either cookies or bread.

My recipe is in storage but I make the most moist, chocolatey, flavorful cake. I can't take credit for the recipe though....came from Taste of Home.

The batter is very liquidy and one of the ingredients is hot coffee which gives the cake a wonderful flavor.

I refused to eat chocolate cake until I came across this recipe.

Hello:

I make a really good apple or cherry pie with a double flaky crust, and lots of fruit filling in each pie that has a little bit of sugar in the cherry pie,and brown sugar and cinnamon in the apple pie,so they are sweet, but not too sickening sweet but really, really good! ;-)

I also love to bake cookies,brownies,cakes,etc...

Banana bread.

It was my grandmothers recipe. I had to convert it because when it was wrote down by her it was for a wood stove. Once I got the conversions right it turned out to be the most moist banana bread I have ever had. I used to sell it to a local restaurant, but once I started driving truck for a living I had to stop.
