How do u say
"Damn it", "You're under arrest!" and "What the..." in Spanish

Jose A's answer is almost right.

I wouldn't use 'tú' with someone I'm arresting, so it would be "está arrestado"

Also.. "what the..." well.. it depends what comes after "the"..

"qué carajos" would be the most commonly used expression.

damn it! = caramba!
"Hands up, you are under arrest!" = Manos arriba! Ud. esta bajo arresto.
"what the f---" - carajo! (mostly in Cuba or Puerto Rico)

"Chingado" also it depends on how your using it
and "your under arrest" .... "estas arrestado"
