will rewarming coffee in the microwave reduce the caffeine in it?

caffeine is heat sensitive, but I don't think that the difference would be significant. I think in order to noticeably change the caffeine content you would have to really boil the hell out of it.

No. No Caffeine is not heat sensitive - otherwise when you made it by boiling that would destroy most of the caffeine! Heating it up creates nowhere close to the heat making it does. And that comes nowhere close to what the roasting of the beans does.

No, it won't. However depending on how you store it and for how long, it may not taste as good.

Don't put an open cup of coffee in the fridge, because it will absorb the odors and tastes of other things. Make sure whatever you store it is sealed.

No but it will increase the oily taste - instead heat milk and add it to the cool coffee for a really nice "late cup". Cheers!
