1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, vegies and fruits
2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks
3) drink plenty of water / green tea
4)Exercise - keep up with what you are doing now. As well, look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat.

exercise can cause wieght gain because muscle is much more heavy than fat ...I recommend high fiber lots of raw vegetables some cooked ,moderate fruits , avoid meat fish chicken sugar fats oils other than olive oil drink a gal of water a day avoid refined foods such as bleached flour bread and rice eat whole grain instead such as brown or wild rice and whole grain breads . stay away from things with corn syrup in the contents eat small portions more often than large ones less often and good luck
