Without any information on your state, metabolism, regulatory systems, genetics, lifestyle, family history, and condition: The most someone can do is really guess.

3 months, 6 days a week, for 40 minutes? I think that I (At 5'11, and 155 lbs as a male) can burn about.........100-400 calories in that amount of time per session? I'll just go in the middle with 300. 300x6= 1800 calories, which is roughly 1/2 the equivalent of a pound of body fat in calories (3500 calories to be exact, but we all respond different to that amount).

If the variables I didn't list weren't involved (And you didn't wear that vinvl suit): I think you would be able to lose about 10-20 lbs, which is a pretty healthy speed I would say. Just remember, however, that depending on your regulatory systems and lifestyle, you may not lose any weight at all even if your lifestyle itself isn't on par to some extent or not. Genetics have a component in this as well.

I would personally suggest that you just do that for the sake of doing it to maintain health, but it's your choice. Good luck.
