Leave permanently if you are prepared to leave for 3 days. Then he can pay the full rent too.

Are you paying part of the rent? Or do you just live there and your roommate pays all of the rent? If you pay part of the rent - then NO you should not have to leave for three days. It would be nice if maybe you could give them some privacy, like leave for a day ( but you need to have somewhere to spend the night).
Perhaps the roommate might think about going to a motel for a day and then you would not be inconvienced either.
Hope this answers your question.

3 Days? I don't know about that!
Do you still have to pay rent for the three days you are "FORCED" to be away for?
I could see, disappearing for a few hours or something, but why should you be made to leave an apt/dorm room/house that you may have paid for and have every right to be in and then still be expected to pay 100% of your share of the rent?
Additional details:
Tell him to use the money he offered you for gas to get himself a motel room! There is no reason you should be inconvienced cause HE wants to get laid! As I said earlier, leaving for a few hours to give him some privacy is fine, hell it's even a cool thing to do for a roommmate, but for him to ask you to out right leave for days on end is bogus!

Are you paying part of the rent If so no you shouldn't leave
If you are not paying part of the rent then yes because you are only a friend.
If he's wanting to he wanting to have sex then he need to get a motel room for the three days. Then he can have all the sex he can take.

"Logic is the beginning of wisdom," a wise man once said. Logic should lead anyone to the conclusion that logic isn't everything. Logic dictates that we must have feelings and emotions for some reason, otherwise we wouldn't have them, yes? Oh, by the way... The wise man who said that was Mr. Spock. Vulcans, can't live with 'em,..........

No you should not, unless you have a friend who is willing to put you up in comfortable conditions. If the years starts off this way, then you'll probably be expected to move out every weekend. You better get an understanding about this quickly!

College dorm or apartment?
Don't leave it's your place too.
If your friend wants to hang out "privately" they should get a hotel or find another place--not kick YOU out.
If you're in an apartment you can keep to your room if you want to give them more space but don't feel obligated--this person has their own bedroom too, don't they?

A few hours, fine, a few days though, he should pay three days of your rent plus a little extra something for your inconvenience.

Three days? No way. If it were just one night, you could do it as a favor if it doesn't happen often. But three days? Tell him to find their own place.
