Try getting a cookbook that caters to your allergies (you may need more than one) or contact a support group that focuses to allergies and specialty diets. Food should never be so expensive you feel obliged to it rather than enjoy it. For example my nephews are lactose and peanut allergic and I found that by shopping at Asian centric stores (like Freesia and Marukai her in California) I could get a much better selection of foods and at lower prices the soy milk and tofu as well as soy oils were less than 1/3 the price of Kroger stores. Good Luck!

Unfortunately special diets usually lead to more expensive shopping. About the only thing I can suggest is that you have to try to avoid prepared foods and buy only ingredients. You'll have to cook everything yourself, but the less processed your food is the cheaper.

Yes, Quit whining every time you get a little rash or if you cough from time to time. Who says these are "Alergies?" Are you a Hypochondriac or do you actually suffer from a diagnosed condition? Eat what you want to. If you die, so what. You will not die. You will not choke to death. You will not explode. Eat bugs if you must but quit trying to "out sick" the real people.

This might be easier to answer if we knew what you are allergic to ... I am allergic to mushrooms, and I have a friend who is allergic to mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, chocolate and a bunch of other stuff. She tends to purchase fresh ingredients and make her own instead of buy prepared foods.

You didn't say what you were allergic to. I would think all natural foods like fresh produce, meat, etc would be okay for you, but you have to say more about those allergies.
