I'm torn between Veal Parmigiana or Chicken Francese with a side of Penne Alla Vodka.
Now, I wanna go out for dinner tomorrow! =)
BTW - you can never beat a good meatball!

Tortellini served with proscutto(thinly sliced spiced ham), sliced mushrooms and a white garlic and herb sauce. it is an quite effortless meal in Northern Italy's kin trattoria's. I rejoice with it best while served with clean heat bread and a mid high quality Italian table wine. i'm hoping you have the prospect to attempt it!

or maybe Cheese Ravioli
or possibly Pasta with sausage and broccoli rabe
or perhaps spaghetti with seafood in marinara sauce

Mine is chicken parmesan too, but I make it myself - I mix together spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, chunks of chicken baked in italian dressing, shredded mozzarella cheese, then I top it with more shredded cheese and grated parmesan cheese... yummmyyyyy!!!!!!! Serve with salad, texas toast and wine!

I would have to say shrimp and crab ravioli with garlic breadsticks and of course, italian soda. Yummy!
