He goes out all the time with no shirt on, I mean he has a nice body if you're looking at him from the front because he works out and he has a few packs here and there, but sideways, he's so skinny that he appears flat !!!
I think being shirtless in public is disgusting!!!

I think you ought to keep your opinions to yourself or someone might start criticizing your clothes and your body. He's not even your boyfriend, what give you the right to criticize? Lots of people like slender girly girl and some don't like fat asses. You probably think halter tops of obese women are OK, but shirtless men aren't? We'll dearie, that's sexism, akin to racism, if you get my drift.

That's a low class thing to do. I go shirtless if I'm out at sea and no one will see me but the people who work for me and also coz it's bleedin hot but I'd never go strolling about in public half-dressed.

He is probually proud of his body, and feels confident going shirtless. He really should be wearing a shirt, in public places.

Other's have pointed it out but it's all about your BFs ego and how "hot" he thinks he is.
I'll bet he shaves his body hair too and checks himself out in every mirror he passes. Not that there's anything wrong with it (unless you're hiding it from your "girlfriend") but don't be surprised if you find out that he's bisexual or at least bi-curious.

He's either trying to show himself off or he's really uncomfortable in a shirt. He needs to adopt a standard of basic decency. I'm sure he doesn't mean to offend anyone though.
