What kind of Fuel Cells are used in NASCAR?

The cars that race in NASCAR have Fuel Cells, what does this mean?

It means the fuel is carried inside rubber linings inside the tanks so that if there is a crash and the tank splits, the changes of large amounts of fuel feeding a fire are sharply reduced.
It has nothing to do with generating electricity from hydrogen and oxygen.
