Do you drink enough fluids? I also have swollen ankles and someone commented to me that I wasn't getting enough water. They were right. My ankles still swell, but nothing like they used to. So odd to drink more water to solve a swelling problem!

if i were your doctor, i'd do a echocardiogram and a kidney work up.

i noticed my water pills don't work well when i'm stressed.
try cutting down on your sodium intake at least until you find an answer.

source of information: i have kidney disease and heart disease
